Impress your friends, or treat yourself with this healthy sweet treat recipe, that's a delicious twist on a classic chocolate bar we all know and love!

INGREDIENTS
for the caramel:
-1 cup of dates
-2 teaspoons peanut butter
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-a pinch of Himalayan salt
base:
-2/3 cup oatmeal
-1/4 cup caramel mix
topping:
-1/3 cup of natural peanuts
-1 cup dark chocolate chips
PROCESS
1. Combine ingredients to form the caramel. Set aside.
2. For the base, mix oatmeal flour and 1/4 cup of caramel until it forms a dough.
3. Line a small tray and press dough to form the biscuit base.
4. Add the remaining caramel on top and sprinkle the peanuts.
5. Freeze for 30-60 mins.
6. Remove from freezer and cut into bars.
7. Melt chocolate before bathing bars in bowl.
8. Remove from chocolate and lay on lined plate.
9. Re-refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours
